This really should say it all…

So hopefully you’ve caught on that we try to make the entire experience of going to SPR shows as enjoyable as possible. Well, we’ve given it some thought and we think that Church may be the best club in the city at the moment. It’s clean, has an awesome bar, great sound and free parking. We had an awesome time the last time we played there and we wanted to get back as soon as possible.

We’re playing with some awesome acts too - The Division Tree and our very dear friends Dark Martini & The Dirty Olives.

We’re on at 11pm SHARP but we’d definitely get there early ’cause we’re playing with some awesome bands who are worth a listen. (doors at 8, music starts at 9)

If you guys showed us anything at Copperfield’s it’s that the fun isn’t gone from local music - we came to party and you clearly did too…so let’s keep the party going!

SPR opens the 2010 Rock the Plaza series

For the second straight year, we have the pleasure of being the inaugural act of the season for one of the hidden gems in New England music - the Rock the Plaza concert series at Patriot Place.

As they say on their website:
“The Plaza at Patriot Place is a premiere outdoor performance venue for the region’s best musicians.It has become one of the best outdoor venues in New England to see FREE, live, local music.”

It’s a beautiful outdoor stage, with exceptional sound and Patriot Place is just a really sweet place to hang out - it’s kinda like Main Street USA in Disney World for people who love professional sports!

On top of it all, there’s a New England Revolution game that night that starts as soon as we’re done playing, so we’re all gonna get tickets and go. We’d love it if you’d come too!

We’re playing with a band that came together at the open mic we run and have been on a tear ever since - Sun in Flight!

The show is free
The game is cheap
The place is gorgeous
It’s spring and it’s outdoors

So we know we have wicked attractive fans with awesome senses of style and we want to make you some new merch that you’ll like. April 10th we come together to curse the day Mick Greenwood was born. Please join us as we drink, dance, and shout terrible things at Mick as we play some new material and old classics.

SPR goes on at 11:30pm but get their early to hang out with us as we celebrate and hear great music from our old friends The Evening (Church and Bill’s Bar) and our new friends The Future Ghosts!!

The whole show is being put on by our good friends at Hear Now Live!

Hey Falcons,

Show those snotty Brandeis kids that you rock harder than they do! We’re gonna be at the Bentley Pub for a short-notice gig this Thursday night from 10-12.

We’re gonna try out some new material- both our stuff and some fun new covers. Why? Because you Bentley kids are reportedly super cool and always down to try new stuff, so tell Bryant to shove that in their pipe and smoke it.
